Cassidy is a seasoned real estate investor, business owner, and fund manager with extensive experience across all four pillars of real estate: brokerage, management, acquisitions/dispositions, and construction. As part of a vertically integrated company, Cassidy is dedicated to helping investors achieve the best possible returns.

Cassidy's journey began in residential brokerage, where he gained invaluable insights by selling, touring, and advising on new construction boutique condo developments in Washington, DC. Inspired by these experiences, he began purchasing, renovating, and refinancing his own portfolio, using this knowledge to guide other investors toward safe and reliable investment opportunities. BPG offers options for both accredited and non-accredited investors.

In September 2016, Cassidy purchased his first condo in Washington, DC, utilizing a house-hacking strategy that allowed him to live for just $600/month while saving capital for future investments. He still owns this property today and leverages it as a financial resource to acquire additional assets.

 

In 2017, he expanded his portfolio by acquiring 13 units, consisting of single-family homes and small multifamily properties. By applying the BRRRR (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) method, he successfully renovated and refinanced these units, recovering all of his initial capital. Currently, he retains ownership of 8 of these units.

In October 2019, Cassidy took a significant step by purchasing a 32-unit multifamily building in White Sulphur Springs, WV. After renovating and stabilizing the property, he executed a cash-out refinance in 2021, pulling out $400k in tax-free profits and providing investors with a return on investment exceeding 20% IRR. This building remains in his portfolio, with plans for a future disposition.

From 2020 to 2022, Cassidy acquired three additional mid-sized multifamily buildings, which have been stabilized and are poised for disposition, considering current interest rates. He aims to provide investors with a 30%+ IRR, depending on market timing.

In June 2022, Cassidy established his first blind pool fund of $25M and is actively raising capital for this multifamily based fund.

In December 2022, he surpassed $20M in capital raised and has not missed an investor distribution.

​​

In February 2023, he acquired a Class A construction company in Virginia and DC, allowing for better control over rehab and construction costs. This strategic acquisition is projected to generate nearly $2M in revenue in 2024, enhancing returns for investors.

​

In January 2024, Cassidy launched a $10M Commercial Opportunity Fund, a blind pool fund focused on distressed commercial assets with favorable financing options, and is actively raising capital for this venture.

​

As of May 2024, Cassidy has maintained a flawless record of investor distributions and continues to foster relationships with like-minded individuals dedicated to improving their families' financial futures.
